Instructions

1. The online submission of admission form has three steps.

2. Applicants must fill all fields in Step-1 and as required in other steps.(Follow the college prospectus)

3. Applicant must keep her scanned

• a) Passport size photo (Colour),
• b) Candidate Signature,
• c) Guardian's Photo (Colour) and Signature,
• d) Age proof certificate
• e) Last passed Exam certificate.
• f) Caste Certificate
• g) Proof of Residence in Assam (PRC/Voter Id Card of Self or Parent/ NRC of Self or Parent / Aadhar Card of self or Parent/ BPL Card of family/ Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/ Pass Port of Self or Parent)

***(For Hostel facilities further required) ***

• a) Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
• b) Local Guardian’s Photo (Colour) and Signature

4. 4. All scanned images must be within 150kb in size.

5. The students should furnish the details of Bank Account and mobile no. Once the data is submitted by the students the same cannot be changed during their tenure in the College.

6. Once admission form is submitted successfully, applicant must print the submitted form for future references.

7. a) The students who would be taking Computer Science as one of the subjects in HS. 1st Year have to pay Rs. 2000/- per year as it is a self-financed course. (as per Govt. letter No. AHE.639/2018/16 dated Dispur 10th June, 2020).

7. b) The students who would be taking Commerce as their stream have to pay Rs. 1000/- per year for H.S. and Rs.1500/- for B.Com per year as it is a self-financed course. (as per Govt. letter No. AHE.639/2018/16 dated Dispur 10th June, 2020).

7. c) The students who would be taking Mass Communication as one of the subjects in B.A. have to pay Rs. 4000/- per year as it is a self-financed course. (as per Govt. letter No. AHE.639/2018/16 dated Dispur 10th June, 2020).

8. For further information regarding admission, merit list, etc. candidates are advised to follow college website (Notice board) and college facebook account (@Rabindrasadangirlscollege )

N.B. Admission procedure regarding fees will be in accordance with Government guidelines. However students admitted to self financed courses/ subjects/ streams have to deposit the fees either in cash in college office or may deposit the amount in the college bank account within dates to be notified late on.
